Note : If you have a previously scheduled phone consultation with Dr. Cowan, please call (415) 334-2328 at the time of your appointment. For all other inquires, e.g.: cancellations, orders, billing, basic food questions, or making appointments, please call (415) 334-1010 to reach the front desk.

If you are already a patient, non-urgent medical questions for Dr. Cowan can be emailed to him at DrCowan@FourfoldHealing.com . He checks email regularly, and this method is more efficient than calling the office. He will indicate how he wants to proceed with you. Emails in general are best kept brief. New Patients

You can download a new patient form or fill out an online patient form prior to your consultation if you choose. Please only fill out a form if intend to become a patient, and please note that we do respond to received forms, but we await your call (please have your credit card handy when setting up your first appointment). Also, please take a moment to read our FAQs page. You may find many of your answers here before calling the office. It really helps to free up our time so we can help patients more fully and work on expanding our services…like our new Community Supported Health Care Plan! Thanks!
